Takka has released PSPMame 0.6. PSPMame is a port of the popular MAME using Mame set .97. This latest version includes the some general improvements and has reintroduced the sound back into the emulator.

PRXdecrypter v2.4 Released

A minor update for PRXdecrypter—PRXdecrypter version 2.4… This new version now includes all the keys to dump and decrypt everything up to and including PSP firmware 6.20. You can thank bbtgp for his work in obtaining the keys, and you gotta give credit to jas0nuk for updating PRXdecrypter.

PRXdecrypter, like psardumper, won’t serve the average homebrew’er any useful purpose. Its purpose is to decrypt firmware [PRX] modules that drive the PSP. With the firmware dumped & decrypted in all its glory, developers are able to see what’s going on behind-the-scenes, which may (or may not) lead to discovering and exploiting any underlying system vulnerabilities.

And on a side note: PSP-Hacks wishes you the best in your future endeavours jas0nuk. Thanks for all your PSP work over the years.

Man oh man, I can’t wait for the PSP2.
